Kate Thompson

“Kate Thompson” was selected as Executive Director of People and Organizational Development in April 2022.

Kate began her work with the Trust sixteen years ago as a member of the National Graduate Scheme. Since then, she has held a variety of HR positions inside the company while continuously seeking her professional certifications in school.
